Our client is a leading company in the e-commerce industry, developing a widely adopted open-source platform used by hundreds of thousands of merchants globally. Due to the continued growth of their ecosystem, they are currently looking for an experienced Partnership Lead to join their team in Poland and take ownership of strategic partnerships and team leadership.


🔸 Ideal Candidate 🔸

The ideal candidate is a strategic and commercially driven leader with strong experience in building and scaling partnerships within a SaaS or technology environment. You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels—managing high-value partnerships while leading and developing a team. You bring a strong financial and analytical mindset, are confident in executive-level conversations, and excel at driving accountability and performance across teams and partners.


🔸 Key Responsibilities 🔸

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Managers, setting clear goals and KPIs while building a high-performance, accountable culture. Manage a portfolio of top strategic partners, maintaining executive-level relationships and driving joint business planning initiatives. Own revenue growth and margin optimization across the partner portfolio. Lead complex negotiations, contract renewals, and commercial optimization efforts while balancing short-term revenue with long-term strategic value. Define and implement partnership governance, including segmentation, prioritization, lifecycle management, and performance tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to influence roadmap priorities and remove organizational blockers.

🔸 Your Profile 🔸

  • Proven experience in building and scaling strategic partnerships in SaaS or tech environments
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience combining team leadership with direct ownership of revenue and margin
  • Strong financial acumen (joint business planning, contract optimization)
  • Experience building high-performance, accountable teams
  • Fluent English and French (both required)
